Bringing local chefs and producers together 18/01/2017, Catering

We are proud to have launched a new supplier network for chefs in the Bristol and Bath area. We’ve teamed up with the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA) to create a unique online store which brings together some of our award-winning local producers with chefs in Bristol and Bath, meaning low food miles and no need for days or weeks of haulage and storage. Most of the food is baked, caught, cooked, cut, laid, picked or produced just before being delivered to their door. 

The partnership was launched at an event near the end of 2016 held at Chicken Shed on Bristol's harbourside, where top chefs and suppliers from the region came together to discuss the challenges and opportunities in providing a locally sourced Sunday lunch for customers. Delicious canapes were designed by Josh Eggleton (The Pony & Trap) using produce from our local producers. You can read all about the event on the SRA blog
