The Story Organic - Why Choose Organic?

Since taking on Heron’s Green Farm overlooking Chew Valley Lake in Somerset, Luke Hasell has won several accolades with The Story Organic Meats. As a BBC Food and Farming Awards' Outstanding Farmer of the Year finalist and Soil Association Gold Award winner, Luke produces traditionally hung, 100% pasture fed organic meat that is tender with a delicious depth in flavour.

When asked about the secrets to his success, Luke told us: "We have always believed in the mantra "Better for the Animals, Better for Us". All of our beef, chicken, lamb and pork are Soil Association certified meaning that they are reared ethically and organically". Sustainability is important to Luke, and he told us that The Story Organic "aim to be as sustainable as possible, carefully managing our land to enhance the environment for future generations".

Remember - simply order the freshest, organic, locally sourced Story Organic meat from before Sunday 20th March and, as well as enjoying great produce, you'll be in with a chance of having a bundle of organic Easter goodies delivered to your door on Good Friday.
