5 New Year's Resolutions to Help you Say Goodbye to The Supermarket Shelf in 2016 28/12/2015, Health & Lifestyle

With the Christmas festivities done and dusted, it's the time of year that many of us start thinking about our New Year's resolutions. If you're looking to make 2016 a year of better, more nutritious, and more sustainable eating, here are 5 achievable steps to help you make your resolution a reality. 

 

i. Choose at least 1 local fruit or vegetable to add to your fresh-range trolley each week, and try something new if you can. Fish like salmon and mackerel are rich in essential Omega 3 fatty acids, said to improve cognitive function and reduce the risk of diabetes and heart disease.
