When is it best to order my Christmas food?
Now! To help small independent producers with planning and for us to deliver the best possible service to our customers, we are encouraging as many people as possible to place their initial order by the end of November – we will give every customer that does this a Christmas present of £20 off their fresh-range shops in January (see terms below for details).
Will fresh-range run out of delivery slots this Xmas like last year?
Yes, we expect so. Whilst we’ve more than doubled our van fleet and Customer Delivery Drivers in the past year, hundreds more customers have registered with fresh-range. So, whilst we have many more delivery slots this year, we are expecting (hoping!) they will all be taken. Once we sell out of slots that really is it – we will not be able to deliver anymore as we won’t compromise on service to those customers that have ordered early.
Can I change things in my order once I’ve placed it?
Yes. All customers that have placed a Christmas order will be able to add or remove items right up until Thursday 15th December. That’s why you should place one now and then add to it rather than waiting.
How do I secure my Christmas delivery slot?
Place an order today. At checkout you can reserve your preferred Christmas delivery slot.
When will I receive my Christmas delivery?
There’s a choice of delivery slots available just before the big day. If you’re an existing customer, simply Login to your account and “Select your Delivery Day” or for new customers, please Register to find out the delivery slots available where you live.

Terms & Conditions
We are encouraging our customers to reserve their festive foods for Christmas this year as early as possible. Offer is open to all customers who live in areas where we deliver in the West of England (see Delivery information for details). To qualify for this offer, simply place an order by 11pm on November 30th for delivery in Christmas week. A total of £20 credit will be automatically applied to your account on 27th December 2016 and will be discounted as £5 off up to four shops of £30 or more you make in January (expires for orders placed by 11pm January 31st 2017). No voucher necessary. Only one offer per household. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Likely to result in the discovery that the freshest, tastiest and most nutritious foods in January are locally sourced.
