Ventoux Sud Demazet VinyardsV
This wine is made from the grapes grown in the commune of Mazan at altitude in the Clayey calcareous soils on the southern slopes of Mont Ventoux.
Growing at altitude lends freshness, balance and finesse to its wines which sets it apart from those grown on the plains.
You'll find all that in this easy red - visually it has a garnet robe with purple-violet glints. On the palate lots of silky ripe summer berry warmth and wild herbal elegance and a white pepper note.
Its silky texture means its lovely to drink on its own or with delicatessen meats, grilled or barbecues food or couscous with roasted vegetables.
Style: Red - Medium Bodied
Grape: Red blend (Carignan, Grenache, Syrah)
