Each dough ball makes one 12" pizza. Produced in Bath, the dough is slow fermented for 36 hours and is rich with essential vitamins, minerals and fibres.

Must be kept frozen. Use within 2 days of defrosting
1. Be Happy– Happy people make the best pizzas. 2. Defrost the dough at room temperature for 2-4 hours or overnight in a refrigerator. 3. Preheat your oven and pizza stone for 30 mins at the highest possible temperature. 4. Dust the counter top with flour and stretch the dough to 12" base. (For optimum results we recommend you to stretch the dough by hand) 5.Create your masterpiece and transfer it to the pizza stone using a pizza peel (When selecting the toppings go for "less is more" 2-3 toppings make the best pizza) 6.) Bake it at the highest possible temperature for 5-10 minutes. 7.) La Pizza e pronta!
