Celeriac The French GardenV
Also known as ‘celery root,’ celeriacs are rough-skinned cousins of the turnip. They taste just like celery, can be eaten raw or cooked and last for up to eight months when stored correctly. Try mixing celeriac with potato for your next mash or blend with cooked shallots, garlic, white wine, double cream and chicken stock for a stunning soup.
