With a white marbling of fat running through it, the rib-eye is a succulent cut of meat that comes from the fore rib. As with most cuts of beef, it is best enjoyed rare to medium-rare to preserve its tenderness and depth of flavour.

Farm Wilder beef is sustainably reared in Devon. Our farmers maintain habitat for endangered Marsh Fritillary Butterflies and Cuckoos. The native cattle breeds are pasture-fed, a regenerative farming technique that locks carbon into the soil.
