Love feta? You have to try this pickled ewe’s curd. It’s a real South West, handmade treat. The team at Homewood are masters of making artisan cheeses, exclusively from ewe’s milk. The milk comes from a local herd and is gently churned and whipped into a salty, firm batch of cheese that is just delightful with fresh, light flavours. Try it with watermelon in a salad or with roasted butternut squash and a sprinkling of walnuts.
