Must be kept frozen
On the hob - Defrost thoroughly. Empty contents into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring occasionally until the food is piping hot. Microwave 850W - Remove outer packaging, lift lid and place askew. • Frozen: Heat for 4min 30sec then stir. Heat for a further 4 min 30sec and stir. Stand for 1 min. • Defrosted: Heat for 2min 30sec then stir. Heat for a further 2min and stir. Stand for 1 min. Ensure the food is piping hot before serving. Serve immediately.
