This delicious wholemeal sourdough loaf, made with very coarse stoneground flour and sweetened with molasses, is great for digestion due to its high fibre content. Covered with sunflower seeds, this loaf has a wonderful nutty taste and a great look. It also has a Gold award at the 2013 Soil Association Organic Food Award.
