Making your own pizza is so satisfying. Simply bring the dough to room temperature and crank the oven up as hot as possible. Then have fun stretching it out by hand or rolling to shape before placing on a heated pizza stone or baking tray covered in whatever toppings you fancy. One ball makes about one 12-inch pizza and the dough freezes well. Handmade using wild yeasts and traditional methods by Bristol-based and award-winning bakery, Mark’s Bread.

If you haven’t heard of Mark’s Bread (where have you been), it’s a small Bedminster-based craft bakery with a big heart. Nourishing the city with specialist sourdoughs, that are kinder on your stomach you’re your usual breads, Mark’s loaves are made with Shipton Mill organic flour with no additives or preservatives.
