Farrington's Farm Somerset

Home Farm at Farrington is owned by the Duchy of Cornwall and the farmhouse at Farrington’s is home to Andy & Tish Jeffery and family of four who moved there in 1989. Andy took over the farming in 1992 from his dad who had held the tenancy since the 1960's. The Farm is surrounded by 400 acres of countryside growing wheat, maize and grass to feed the animals, and 60 acres of organic land on which they grow vegetables. The Jeffery family has a passion for doing the right thing in the way they run the farm. The growers, weeders and pickers work in a positive environment and conditions, the produce is certified as organic by the Soil Association.

Ross Dunster joined Farrington's as an apprentice and has thrived over the years since. He's now Head Grower at Farrington's overseeing the entire process from seedlings to sowing, weeding, harvesting, washing and packing. Ross picks up our order in the early hours on his phone in the fields, and then harvests the produce. We collect in our refrigerated van and bring it back into our consolidation hub. The produce is then packed into customer boxes and delivered within hours of harvest. Super fresh, sublime produce.
