Doves Farm Berkshire

Established in 1978 by Michael and Clare Marriage, Doves Farm is an award-winning, family-owned miller with a farm on the North Wessex Downs specialising in Organic and Free From flours and foods. A well-known pioneer within the sector, Doves Farm has two distinct product ranges - Organic and Free From - both milled in their own dedicated mills.

Doves Farm premium flour range offers over 30 different flours including organic flour, gluten free flour, cake flour, pasta flour, gram, buckwheat, spelt flour, Malthouse, rye and rice flour. In addition, the product range also includes yeast, biscuits, cookies, flapjacks, pasta and breakfast cereals. It also supplies products to the food service industry. With all products certified Kosher and Vegan friendly, Doves Farm is accredited by the Soil Association and has received A+ from the British Retail Consortium.

The farm and mill remains family-owned and focused on its ethical approach to food production. Doves Farm are dedicated to upholding organic, ethical and sustainable agricultural systems. The farm's arable crops are surrounded by grass and beetle banks that provide homes for birds, bats and, of course, beetles. These creatures then feed on insects which could otherwise damage the crops, allowing pests to be managed in an environmentally friendly way in-sync with nature. Over the winter months, crop stubble is left to encourage ground nesting birds such as lapwings and, on lucky years, stone-curlews.
