Clipper Dorset

In 1994, Clipper became the first Fairtrade tea provider. Twenty years later, Clipper remain dedicated to their founding mission to provide ethically-sourced, all-natural tea to the UK, while working to give back to the communities who grow their product. Clipper teas taste great, too, winning 'Great Taste Gold' awards for the last three years in a row.

Founded in Mike and Lorraine Brehme's kitchen in 1984, Clipper teas are selected from estates in Africa, India and Sri Lanka before being blended in Beaminster, Dorset. Since their first shipment of Indian Assam, Mike and Lorraine sought to deliver the finest tea to customers in the UK. Today, Clipper provides an exceptional range of black, white and green tea and coffee. Their selection of black tea alone includes Earl Grey, fragrant Gold, caffeine-free Rooibos and woody Red Bush. Each cup is made even more relaxing when you know it's cost is going directly to the pockets of the tea-grower. That's exactly the case with Clipper, who were also the first UK company to use recyclable unbleached tea-bags.
