ContinueThe inspiration behind ChicP is chef turned entrepreneur, Hannah McCollum's passion to change attitudes to the way we approach cooking and waste. The company was founded on a passionate commitment to reduce food waste, whilst supporting British farmers, by using fruit and vegetables that are not seen 'fit' for supermarket use. These include vegetables that are out-grades, mis-shapes or class 2. ChicP has made a commitment to source 20-25% of its raw ingredients from surplus over the the course of a year and 10% of their profits go to Feedback Global (UK food waste charity).
